Biography
Steph serves as a Workforce Program Developer within Lifelong Learning at UNLV. She brings a multidisciplinary background in advising, recruiting, culinary instruction, and education technology, with a focus on designing learner-centered programs, building employer partnerships, and supporting career transitions.
Her experience spans higher education and workforce development, including roles in career advising at Nevada State University, regional recruiting in the hospitality industry, and culinary instruction and program management at Sur La Table. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with employers, students, and adult learners to create practical, skills-based pathways aligned with workforce needs.
