Biography
Sooyeon Lee is a Ph.D. candidate at the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She holds an M.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Sookmyung Women’s University.
Research Interests
Her research focuses on hospitality marketing, with particular emphasis on social media marketing and service marketing. Her additional interests include service quality management and sustainability in the food and beverage sector.
