Shannon McCallum serves as the vice president of hotel operations at Resorts World Las Vegas, where she oversees all hotel operational functions for 3506 rooms and suites. Her role focuses on enhancing the guest experience, advancing technology, and developing revenue strategies for the property’s three hotel luxury brands: Las Vegas Hilton, Conrad Las Vegas, and Crockfords Las Vegas. With over 35 years in the hospitality industry, Shannon has held leadership positions at major brands, including MGM Resorts International and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.

Beyond her operational responsibilities, Shannon is actively involved in the hospitality community and holds several board member roles in the following organizations: Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association, Nevada Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and Southern Nevada Public Television. She is also a global executive board member for the Hospitality Finance and Technology Professionals Association. Recognized as hotelier of the year in 2015, she was recently named one of the top 100 hospitality professionals in the USA and one of the top 50 most inspirational people in travel/hospitality for 2025.
