Ryan Rubio is a Principal at Zero Labs, an organization dedicated to growing the early-stage venture ecosystem in Las Vegas. The firm focuses on both current and emerging core industries of the city, bridging today's "Fun Economy" (hospitality, sports, gaming, and entertainment) with tomorrow's key sectors such as aerospace, infrastructure, transportation & logistics, and renewable energy.

Zero Labs' flagship program is the Innovation Launchpad, developed in partnership with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas' Office of Economic Development and the Governor's Office of Economic Development. This initiative supports early-stage tech companies building in Las Vegas's core industries and has already welcomed 54 companies represented by 79 founders across its first three cohorts.

Prior to Zero Labs, Ryan's career centered on the intersection of novel customer experiences and technology. His diverse background includes roles in park-wide operations management at Universal Studios Hollywood, Casino of the Future development and I.T. transformation at Caesars Entertainment, and innovation strategy development and implementation at MGM Resorts International.

Through his work at Zero Labs and his previous experiences, Ryan hopes to play a role in reimagining and renewing Las Vegas for the next generation, particularly at the intersection of technology, hospitality, and innovation.
