He brings almost two decades of experience serving the gaming, technology, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining the Las Vegas practice, Ryan spent three years with Ernst & Young in Hong Kong, where he contributed to the coordination of gaming services in the Asia-Pacific region and Australia. He possesses deep expertise in the technical and operational aspects of the gaming industry, as well as a strong knowledge of US SEC matters, stock compensation, equity transactions, revenue recognition, and business combinations.
