Rhovine Haughton is a Partner and COO at DRI Consulting. She is pursuing a PhD in General Psychology at Grand Canyon University, focusing on Industrial Organizational Psychology. She has a Master of Science in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Jamaica's International University of the Caribbean. Her experience with education and workforce training adds to her strengths as a Consultant. Rhovine’s role at DRI Consulting complements her graduate training and passion for training and leadership development in mindfulness, unconscious bias, emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, cultural humility, and work-life balance. She promotes openness to new ideas and receptiveness to change in her client work.
