Ray is an Internal Audit Director for MGM Resorts with 11 years in the industry. He specializes in Financial and Operational audits with experience supporting MGM's operations in Macau and preopening efforts in Japan.
What Inspired You to Join the Board?
I spent my undergrad years working in the Lee Business School Dean's Office and saw firsthand how much the school works to enrich the lives of students, professors, and alumni. I wanted to continue to be part of that journey after I graduated.
What Goals or Initiatives Are You Most Passionate About?
I aim to connect students with the professional community and those that came before them. I am also passionate about building professional communities and am actively involved on the boards of the local Institute of Internal Auditors and Ascend chapters.
What Advice Would You Give to Current Students?
See every new situation as an opportunity to learn and grow. Embrace challenges with an open mind and push yourself to try things outside of your comfort zone - that is when you truly grow.
