With over 22 years of experience in accounting and finance in the mining and metals industry, Raechelle Bogdon currently works for Nevada Gold Mines as Site CFO of the Carlin Complex in Nevada. The Carlin Complex is the largest gold mine in the United States, annually producing over one million ounces. As a UNLV alumnus, Raechelle started her career with Barrick Gold as an accountant and progressively worked her way up through multiple roles within the company. She has worked in major, mid-tier, and junior mining companies gaining comprehensive accounting proficiency along the way and continues to learn and gain knowledge every day. Raechelle is a firm advocate in PAIRS (Principles. Accountability. Integrity. Responsibility. Standards.) and believes this gives her a strong background in her profession. When she is not working, she enjoys her family, gardening, and spending time outdoors. Raechelle is also an active advisory member with Communities in Schools of Northeastern Nevada.
