Nicole Russo graduated from the University of Southern California in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in English literature and human biology. She has extensive experience in the gaming industry, having worked for companies such as Caesars Entertainment and Catena Media in both marketing and operational positions.

Nicole is currently the operations director for the International Center for Gaming Regulation. In her role, she is responsible for the development and execution of the center's educational programs, marketing, and finances. This role is central to the ICGR's mission of providing training and research in gaming regulation, requiring oversight of daily operations, management of a pool of instructors and attendees, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the center.

In her spare time, Nicole serves on the marketing committee for Global Gaming Women, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and advancing women in the gaming industry through mentorship programs and networking opportunities.
