Nicole Bayreder is a communications professional at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where she supports the university's Economic Development team. Since joining UNLV in 2022, she has played a key role in overseeing events and programs at the Black Fire Innovation Laboratory, a cutting-edge collaboration space focused on hospitality, gaming, and tech innovation.

A native of Henderson, Nevada, Nicole is a proud alumna of UNLV, having earned her Bachelor’s degree in English in 2020. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, combining her passion for storytelling with strategic communication to help drive innovation and engagement within the university and its partners.
