Michael Pizzi is Senior Vice President and Nevada Market Executive with MidFirst Bank, bringing more than 25 years of experience in banking and middle market lending. He works with clients across diverse industries, including medical, legal, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, and commercial real estate.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating cum laude, and also studied advanced Spanish at the Universidad del País Vasco in Spain.

Deeply engaged in the community, Michael serves on the advisory boards of Communities in Schools of Southern Nevada, Teach Plus, and the UNLV Commercial Banking Program. He is also a member of the Latin Chamber of Commerce and previously served on the boards of Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada and the Discovery Children’s Museum. Michael lives in Las Vegas with his wife and two children. He enjoys hosting and cooking for family gatherings, traveling, playing golf, and bringing people together over food and music.
