Biography

Michael Hack is the coordinator of Academic Transitions and Engagement for the Academic Success Center (ASC). In this role, he manages the ASC Dual Enrollment Program and assists high-achieving Nevada high school students with getting a head start on their college education. Michael also oversees our Graduate Assistant Professional Development Program, provides support for our First-Year Seminar (COLA 100E), and coordinates the on-campus outreach and community engagement efforts for the ASC. Michael is a two-time graduate of UNLV, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in 2009 and his Masters of Education in Higher Education (M.Ed.) in 2018. Michael is also currently enrolled in the Higher Education Ph.D. program at UNLV, with a focus on educational leadership. Prior to his work at UNLV, Michael served as the Admissions Manager and Investigator for the State Bar of Nevada, supporting law students in their journey to become licensed attorneys.
