Melissa Ritz is a double Rebel alum who has found success on stages from NYC to LA with her solo show BOMBSHELL. Behind the scenes, she’s served as the showrunner and writer’s assistant on the Sony/Netflix series BOOTS. Melissa currently lives in Los Angeles where she works in script development at A House on Brame Productions with Brent Miller, who spent over a decade as Norman Lear’s producing partner. A proud Air Force veteran, Melissa has participated in the Veterans Writing Project at the Writers Guild Foundation, and performed in veterans' showcase projects at the Geffen Playhouse and The Actors' Gang. Her podcast SERVED focuses on experiences of female veterans in and out of uniform. Melissa looks forward to creating meaningful experiences for our alumni community.
