Lisa Sandoval has over 20 years of experience in the areas of leadership, organizational development, training, and human resources. She has experience in the hospitality, gaming, and diversity and leadership consulting industries. In these industries, Lisa’s responsibilities included operational and strategic management, human resources, management and leadership development, employee engagement, and large-scale customer service and diversity initiatives. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College, with a double major in Business/Economics and English. She received her Master of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a concentration in motivation and retention theories.
