Why did you choose the obstetrics and gynecology residency program at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV?
My interview day with UNLV was so much fun. I immediately could tell how close all the residents were, and they made me feel like a part of the team already. Not only was everyone amazing, but the curriculum at UNLV seemed to have everything I was looking for, and everyone spoke of it so highly.

What are your interests within obstetrics and gynecology?
From the preventative care in obstetrics and gynecology to the surgical procedures to the important moments on labor and delivery, I am always finding new things to love about OB-GYN. I’m especially passionate about education and helping to make healthcare accessible.

What is your favorite thing to do in Las Vegas?
I love running in some of the beautiful scenic areas just outside the city!

What is one fun fact about you?
I do triathlons, and did a half Ironman my first week of medical school.

What is one piece of advice you would give to candidates interested in the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program?
Look for programs that align with your goals, but don’t be afraid to branch out and trust your gut! I could not shake the feeling that UNLV gave me after my interview, and I am so glad I listened to it.
