Laura began working in the field of Organizational Learning and Development in 2018 as a Team Building Facilitator at University of California, San Diego. Since 2018, Laura has designed and facilitated over 50 leadership and team development programs for professional organizations. For the past 3 years, 1 Laura has also served as a program designer, facilitator, and guide for two local organizations that use outdoor adventures as a catalyst for leadership and team development. In this role, she has guided over 20 outdoor expeditions for skill-based leadership development. Laura has been an experience designer and facilitator at Ziksana since 2019. In her time with Ziksana, Laura has designed and facilitated over 50 workshops, group coaching, and team development sessions for organizations including Santa Clara County, University of Las Vegas, and Dell.
