Mr. Kyle K. Ethelbah is the Director for College Programs. He earned a Master of Public Health degree, emphasis in Community Health Education from UNLV and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Arizona. Kyle has served college access and success programs for over two decades and most recently served as the Chair of the board of directors for the Council for Opportunity in Education (COE), a professional advocacy and professional development agency in Washington, DC.
