Kyle K. Ethelbah, is a seasoned higher education leader with over 25 years dedicated to advancing student success for underserved groups. As Director of College Programs at UNLV, he oversees federally funded initiatives including TRIO Student Support Services, TRIO McNair Scholars, the Asian American Native American Pacific Islander Serving Institution (AANAPISI) Academic Support Program and the Rebel Rebound Program, boosting outcomes for low-income, first-generation, disabled and justice impacted students. Ethelbah holds a doctorate from USC, focusing on organizational change and leadership and an MPH from UNLV. Ethelbah is a proud member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe from Central Eastern Arizona and is grateful to call Las Vegas home.
