Biography

Kristi Staab is an executive leadership strategist and founder of Kristi Staab Enterprises, LLC, where she advises senior leaders, executive teams, and organizations on leadership development, organizational culture, strategic alignment, and executive performance.

Her career spans more than 35 years across corporate leadership, business development, executive coaching, leadership facilitation, and business ownership. Prior to launching her firm in 2009, Kristi held leadership roles with FOX Networks, Cox Communications, and Cox Media, leading initiatives in sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership at both regional and corporate levels.

Throughout her career, Kristi has worked across corporate, government, entrepreneurial, nonprofit, higher education, and community leadership environments, helping organizations strengthen leadership, culture, strategic alignment, and long-term organizational performance. She is widely recognized for her expertise in values-based leadership and organizational culture.

Kristi has been actively involved in leadership and economic development initiatives throughout Southern Nevada for more than a decade. She currently serves as the 2026 chair of the Executive Women’s Council for the Vegas Chamber and is a member of the International Women’s Forum Nevada, Women in Sports and Events (WISE), and the Las Vegas Bowl Executive Committee, where she became the organization’s first female chair, serving in the role in 2023 and 2024.

Passionate about education, workforce development, leadership, and the long-term growth of Southern Nevada, Kristi is committed to strengthening the connection between higher education and the evolving needs of the business community. She has called Henderson home for nearly 12 years.

Kristi received her Executive MBA from the University of Arizona and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with an emphasis in telecommunications from the University of Northern Colorado.
