Kris Davidson worked at the Nevada Small Business Development Center in both an information systems (IS) capacity as well as with local businesses in an IS, business planning and forecasting capacity, during his undergraduate and graduate at UNLV. His post-graduate professional career began in Chicago with Motorola in global risk assessment and response. Subsequent to that, he held a post with Motorola in Phoenix as an IS manager, first for the Semiconductor Products Sector, later as the IS director for their internal food service division. In 2004, Davidson rejoined UNLV at the Harry Reid Center managing Information Systems activities. In early 2013, that role was expanded to include managing research infrastructure as well for the HRC.
