Kevin has an extensive background in convention services, catering and hotel operations, with twenty years of experience at properties such as the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, Caesars Palace, The Las Vegas Hilton and The Palmer House Hilton and Towers in Chicago.

Kevin recently shifted his career focus to the coffee industry and is currently working with the Samba Latte group, which is expanding throughout the Las Vegas market.
