My name is Katie Schmidt, and I am an elementary education major. Being born and raised in Las Vegas had made me grow and thrive in community and supporting others! Being a positive impact on the UNLV community and those around me has made me thrilled to be part of such an amazing team. I relate how hard it is to grow up thinking you know everything and then one day go to a new place with new faces, and it is my goal to help those be a part of a community and thrive.
