Kathryn brings 20 years of business development, team leadership, and creative services management to the marketing community advisory board. She began her career in the fine arts, working in business development for non-profit institutions. Here, Kathryn found her affinity for public relations and marketing, segueing into the agency services business, developing marketing initiatives for Fortune 100 corporations including Coca Cola, TNT Networks, and Kraft Nabisco. Marriott International became her top client and for 12 years she led guest acquisition strategies for Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott properties across the desert Southwest and Hawaii. Kathryn joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2021 as the director of marketing and sales for the global luxury brand’s Las Vegas property. In this role, Kathryn directs all revenue generating programs for the AAA Five Diamond hotel leading the sales, catering, conference services, public relations, marketing, reservations and revenue management teams. Kathryn is a native Texan but has resided in Las Vegas for 15 years with her husband and two children. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a post baccalaureate certificate in American Fine and Decorative Arts from Sotheby’s Institute, New York.
