Kassidy O'Connell’s passion for working with students with intellectual/developmental disabilities began in 2020, when she was an undergraduate student worker. She loves working with young adults with autism and provides direct services both locally and at UNLV. She currently serves as assistant director for UNLV’s Project FOCUS, where she has the privilege of watching students not only thrive in a college environment, but grow into their independence as young adults.
