Biography

A Southern California native, Karima Banks  (She/They) is a proud alumna, having earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UNLV. She co-presented "What do you MEIM? Exploring links among the Multigroup Ethnic Identity Measure, undergraduate students' imposter experiences, and academic motivation" at the 2024 Western Psychological Association Annual Conference. 

Her educational journey has led her to a passion for assisting others in exploring career options and workforce development policy. Karima is passionate about helping the next generation reach their goals and contributes to seeing this happen for Nevada high school students in her role within the Youth College and Career Readiness Office.
