Research Assistant, Tourism Safety and Crowd Science
Kaitlyn Swanberg was born in Orange County, California and has lived in Las Vegas for 9 years. She is pursuing degrees in both Criminal Justice and Psychology. Kaitlyn is interested in Tourism Safety and Crowd Science because she believes research in crowd safety is extremely valuable to the Las Vegas resort corridor and can help save many lives. After graduation in Spring of 2021, Kaitlyn plans to pursue her master’s degree criminology to gain a better understanding of the human behavior and violent crime. Following her Masters, Kaitlyn will be applying to the Federal Bureau of Investigations with the aim of becoming a criminal profiler for the Behavioral Analysis Unit.
