Jueer Wang is a Ph.D. student in hospitality administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where she also earned her bachelor’s degree and dual master’s degrees in hospitality administration and management iInformation systems. With over five years of industry experience in both front-line and managerial roles across hotel and food & beverage operations, Jueer brings a well-rounded perspective to her academic work. Her research interests focus on hospitality technology—particularly the application of artificial intelligence in hotels and F&B—alongside consumer behavior and employee behavior. She has taught F&B Entrepreneurship and Innovation (FAB 355) and is deeply passionate about teaching and driving innovation in the hospitality industry.
