Mr. Kelly has resided in Las Vegas since 1978 and has been a menber of the PGA of America since 1973. He is currently the Director of Golf at Sun City Summerlin. Mr. Kelly has served as President of the First Tee of Southern Nevada and the PGA Southwest Section Southern Nevada Chapter. He has been a member of the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame for four years, and was inducted into the Las Vegas GOlf Hall of Fame in 2010. Mr. Kelly has worked in all aspects of the golf business with experience leading private, resort and daily fee facilities.

Mr. Kelly has been recognized with the following awards: Las Vegas Chapter Golf Professional of the Year 1983, 1989 & 2009; Southern Nevada Golf Association Golf Professional of the year 1984; Southwest Section PGA Junior Golf Promoter of the Year 1989; Las Vegas Chapter PGA Merchandiser of the Year 2002; Golf World Magazine Top 100 Golf Shops Bali Hai in 2003. Bali Hai & Royal Links in 2004; Las Vegas Chapter PGA Junior Golf Leader of the Year 2008; Southwest Section PGA Junior Golf Leader of the Year 2008; The First Tee of Southern Nevada Charlie F. Teel Award 2008; Inducted into The First Tee of Southern Nevada Hall of Fame 2010.
