Jim is a financial executive with a broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing, and financial management. He has direct experience with nonprofit, construction, and restaurant accounting practices. He has tremendous experience in establishing short- and long-term budgets, variance reports, and action plans. He has successfully developed management teams and programs through coaching and training individuals toward corporate objectives.

Jim’s passion for education and the community has rewarded him with a successful run in the primary elections for the Clark County School Board, elected to nonprofit executive boards, and helped secure financial achievements for his clients and businesses. During his tenure as a CFO at Bridge Counseling Associates, he helped establish the first Nevada Metropolitan Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
