Jennifer Vaughan serves as communications director for the UNLV College of Fine Arts, where she leads strategic communications, public relations, media relations, marketing communications, and storytelling efforts that advance the visibility and reputation of the college and its programs.

Since joining UNLV in 2001, Jennifer has helped shape and share the stories of the college’s students, faculty, alumni, artists, performances, exhibitions, initiatives, and community partnerships. Her work spans the college’s academic schools and departments, as well as its galleries, museums, performance venues, and other arts and cultural programs, including the UNLV Performing Arts Center.

A Las Vegas native, Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a concentration in public relations from the University of Nevada, Reno. Before joining UNLV, she worked in public relations and communications for Las Vegas agencies, managing local and national clients.

Over the course of her career, Jennifer has been recognized for her leadership and contributions to the Las Vegas community, including being named a 2023 Silver State Awards Executive of the Year.
