In her prior role, Jennifer was instrumental in leading CAHME accreditation efforts for the two graduate healthcare administration programs and launching the online Executive Master of Health Care Administration Program (EMHA).

Prior to UNLV, Bonilla held several executive leadership roles in global service organizations managing business process outsourcing and logistics services for Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, airports, universities and school districts, including positions as CEO of ISS Facility Services, division president of Sodexo, and president – North America of Pitney Bowes Management Services. Her academic background includes assessment, admissions, student and faculty recruitment, graduate course curriculum design, and graduate teaching, and she leverages her diverse industry and academic background to deliver student-centric services.

Her doctoral coursework at Iowa State University of Science & Technology focused on the correlation of employee burnout and turnover, with employee engagement in the multi-generational workforce within a healthcare system. She also holds masters degrees in both health innovation and business administration, and completed her bachelor’s degree at UNLV’s Harrah Hospitality College. As a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Bonilla is committed to improving health care quality, cost and access, and is a board director for the Public Employees Benefits Program (PEBP) of Nevada.
