Janae Gray is an academic eligibility specialist for Student-Athlete Academic Services (SAAS). She currently provides academic support for the women's cross country and track and field programs. Prior to joining SAAS full-time, Gray served as a SAAS intern, where she gained experience with NCAA eligibility requirements, academic advising and learning support, and Rebels EmpowHER programming.

Gray earned her M.Ed. in Intercollegiate and Professional Sports Management from UNLV in 2026 and her B.S. in Kinesiology from UNLV in 2019. She is a former student-athlete and brings several years of coaching and mentoring experience at the youth and high school levels. Gray is originally from Redding, CA.
