Jailene is the founder of Slay the Day Virtual Services, where she supports minority- and women-owned small businesses with their marketing and event planning efforts. She has supported various nonprofits throughout the Las Vegas Valley and has a true passion for serving others. She enjoys providing strategic support to help her clients fulfill their missions to serve others and make the world a better place.

Jailene is a former hotel operator who managed one of the largest operations teams on the Las Vegas Strip, where she discovered her passion for servant leadership. She recently relocated to Mexico City to pursue her next entrepreneurial venture as the co-founder of a tech startup.

Jailene aspires to continue giving back to the Las Vegas community from abroad while also finding ways to pour into her new community through a recently launched program that supports the small-business community in Mexico City.
