Izack Tenorio serves as vice president at Strategies 360, bringing more than a decade of experience in campaigns, public policy, and government relations. He provides strategic leadership to clients navigating complex, often high-profile issues, aligning advocacy, coalition building, and policy development to drive measurable impact. His work spans education, elections, healthcare, nonprofit leadership, and culturally grounded outreach.

In prior advocacy roles, he led outreach to the Latino community with Mi Familia Vota, strengthening political voice and civic participation. He also contributed to the successful Fix Our Roads campaign, a nonpartisan effort to pass a fuel indexing measure in Clark County. Tenorio served as Pete for America’s Nevada Latino constituency director during the 2020 Democratic presidential primary and as a voter protection associate for the Biden-Harris campaign in the 2020 presidential election.
