Biography

Isabel Ferguson (she/her) is a graduate of UNLV with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. She is in her first year of Graduate School and works in the Office of Admissions as a Family Orientation Assistant where she provides resources and information for the community of parents and family members of UNLV Students.

During her time as an undergrad, she served as a Senate President in CSUN Student Government with the intent to increase student awareness of CSUN and various campus resources and establish a sense of community on campus. Additionally, Isabel served students who live on campus through her role as President of the Residence Hall Association (RHA) where she planned events for residents and facilitated weekly meetings with the Executive Board. Isabel also held previous positions in the Office of Admissions as an Orientation Leader, Rebel Recruiter, and Rebel Ambassador, and served first year students through the First-Year Experience (FYE) where she worked as a Program Assistant to increase the engagement between first year students and UNLV's departments and resources.

Her journey in becoming an active student leader is what drives her to advocate for a memorable college experience. Isabel’s primary goal is to provide opportunities for students to connect with each other and the resources on campus, to create a space where they feel like they, too, belong at UNLV.
