Associate Dean, Greenspun College of Urban Affairs
Helen R. Neill (Ph.D., Economics, University of New Mexico) serves as the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education and Assessment for Greenspun College of Urban Affairs. In addition, she coordinates the Public Affairs PhD program and Solar and Renewable Energy Certificate program. She serves as the policy component lead for the Climate Change Nevada National Science Foundation EPSCoR project and works with colleagues and students across the State of Nevada to promote research infrastructure. She focuses on estimating economic values of public goods and undergraduate research opportunities. Her work appears in Land Economics, Journal of Environmental Economics, Natural Resources Journal, and Journal of Real Estate Research. She serves on the editorial boards of the International Journal of Housing Markets and Analysis, Journal for Sustainable Real Estate, Nevada Academic Press. She is an Associate Professor in the School of Public Policy and Leadership.
