Why did you choose the obstetrics and gynecology residency program at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV?
I was drawn to UNLV for its strong training opportunities and comprehensive curriculum. From the start, I knew I wanted to be part of a close-knit community during my training. Attending the resident social made it clear that the residents truly feel like family and have built a supportive, inclusive culture. I am excited to join a program that offers not only excellent education, but a sense of belonging, community, and much more!
What are your interests within obstetrics and gynecology?
I love the breadth of OB-GYN; it is hard to narrow down a few interests! One of my biggest passions is increasing access to healthcare, and I am excited to see how this shapes my career.
What is your favorite thing to do in Las Vegas?
I enjoy hiking, trying new restaurants, and endless entertainment opportunities!
What is one fun fact about you?
I have never broken a bone.

Apply to programs that you can see yourself being happy in. Throughout the interview process, take notes about how you were feeling during the interview day, and listen to your gut!
