Gelila Webster serves as a clinical simulation specialist within the UNLV School of Nursing, having previously held the role of administrative assistant III, where she supported the BSN program and collaborated with event committee members to ensure effective academic and operational coordination. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from UNLV and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Data Analytics, further enhancing her capacity to contribute to data‑informed decision‑making.
Webster brings specialized expertise in clinical simulation, contributing to the planning, preparation, and execution of simulation activities that promote student learning, clinical competency, and program excellence. Her combined background as a seasoned dental assistant and experienced administrative professional enables her to integrate clinical insight with academic operations.
