Research

I utilize an integrated field, petrographic, and isotope-geochemical approach to study deep time Earth systems changes, including paleoclimate and paleoceanography. My students/collaborators and I also investigate carbonate platform evolution, diagenesis, and the capacity of carbonates as petroleum reservoirs.
