Eric Michael is an academic advisor at the Greenspun College of Urban Affairs Advising Center focusing on first-year students. He was born in a small Oklahoma town but grew up in the big city of Las Vegas. He received his undergraduate degree from UNLV in criminal justice and came back for the masters program a year later. This is when he discovered his passion for higher education by advising students as a graduate assistant. His other passions are spending time with his wife, daughter, and two cats, eating good food, and watching professional e-sports.
