Elizabeth has been a dedicated member of the UNLV School of Nursing community since 1997, when she began her career as an administrative assistant II. After two years with the School of Nursing, she joined the University of Nevada, Reno's Southern Admissions Office before returning to the UNLV main campus in 2005 as an administrative assistant III for the Air Force ROTC detachment. In 2006, she returned to the School of Nursing, where she has continued to support nursing students and advance student success.

Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, Elizabeth earned an Associate of Applied Science in Business from the College of Southern Nevada in 2010, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNLV in 2013, and a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University in 2023.

As director of Student Services, Elizabeth oversees student support services outside of academic coursework, providing guidance and resources from admission through graduation. During her tenure, she has helped support the School of Nursing's growth as its student population has more than doubled and has expanded the Student Affairs team to eight staff members dedicated to serving students throughout their academic journey.

Elizabeth also leads student engagement initiatives in collaboration with student government and oversees the administration of scholarship funds, ensuring donor intent is honored while maximizing opportunities for student support. She is passionate about helping students navigate challenges, connect with campus resources, and achieve their academic and professional goals.
