Elba Vanessa Palacios (she/her/hers) currently serves as the senior business operations coordinator for CSUN. In this role, she manages CSUN’s administrative and financial operations, including budget tracking, student organization funding disbursements, and other key operational processes.

Elba is a first-generation Latina who was born in South Central Los Angeles and moved to Las Vegas at a young age. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
