Biography
DeAnna Kaiser received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Capella University. She is a fellow Rebel, having earned her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNLV. As a therapist, she has provided mental health, substance use disorder treatment, and problem gambling counseling services to a variety of agencies and telehealth organizations in Nevada over the last 10 years. Her clinical expertise includes crisis intervention, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and addictions. Her research interests include collaborative supervision processes, cultural considerations in therapeutic services, and the efficacy of counseling interventions. She is also a U.S. Army Veteran and served on a deployment in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
