David R. Keene, II, is an assistant general counsel within UNLV Office of General Counsel. He provides counsel to several UNLV schools including the School of Dental Medicine. David graduated from George Mason University with his Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics, and from The Catholic University of America with his Juris Doctorate where he was a member of the Law Review. He is licensed to practice law in Nevada.
