David Infuso is chief accounting officer of MP Materials Corp. Since joining the company in 2020, he has held positions of increasing responsibility within the accounting and finance organization, including senior vice president of financial reporting and technical accounting prior to his appointment as chief accounting officer. 

He serves as a key advisor to executive management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors on accounting, tax, financial reporting, and governance matters. Prior to joining MP Materials, Infuso served as director of financial reporting for Penn National Gaming (now Penn Entertainment), where he led the preparation of the company's external financial reporting and played a key role in technical accounting, consolidations, and financial systems initiatives. Before Penn's acquisition of Pinnacle Entertainment in 2018, he served as Pinnacle's director of financial reporting and technical accounting, overseeing SEC reporting and technical accounting matters for the publicly traded gaming and hospitality company. 

Infuso began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Las Vegas, where he advanced to audit senior manager. During his tenure with the firm, he led audits of large public companies and gained extensive experience in SEC reporting, complex accounting matters, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity transactions. 

A proud Las Vegas resident for more than three decades and a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Infuso earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in May 2007. As a UNLV alumnus, he is honored to serve on the UNLV Accounting Advisory Board and support the development of future accounting professionals in Southern Nevada.
