Courtney Ketcham, originally from Southern California, joined the UNLV College of Education, Education Student Services Center team in April 2026 as an administrative assistant III for student success. 

She began her higher education career in 2015 as a student employee at a community college in Southern California, working until she graduated in 2020 with her Bachelor of Arts in English, with an emphasis in creative writing. Within her 10+ year career in higher ed, she’s worked in administrative support, digital accessibility and accommodation support, outreach coordination, and project coordination positions in community college division offices, disability resource centers, and student success and support services departments. Ketcham has also worked for higher education-affiliated organizations, such as grant projects and social work workforce development training academies.

Ketcham is also a certified life coach as of February 2025 and enjoys working one-on-one, supporting individuals, providing the best support she can, and making people’s lives easier. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and her favorite TV shows, spending time with family and friends, and going to Disneyland.
