Biography
Chris Griffin is a seasoned gaming and hospitality executive who brings over 20 years of progressive financial leadership spanning banking, internal audit, multi-property hospitality operations, and highly regulated environments. Chris began his career with Bank of America, building a strong foundation in compliance and financial operations. He then entered the gaming space in 2005 as an internal auditor for MGM Resorts where he focused on all areas of gaming operations, SOX, and financial controls and reporting. Since transitioning into industry leadership, Chris has held key finance roles across various properties, where he has been responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing capital structures, and strengthening internal controls. In his current role at Treasure Island and Circus Circus Las Vegas, Chris oversees all areas of finance, accounting, and shared services. Additionally, he is responsible for assessing potential sale and acquisition opportunities for the organization. Chris graduated from UNLV and holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting. Additionally, he holds a CPA license in Illinois.
