Biography
Chih-Chien Chen joined the UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality in August 2014. Chen has published in top-tier journals and presented her research at national and international conferences, earning several research awards for her scholarly contributions. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009. She holds a bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from National Taiwan University (2000).
