Carly Lutes is the administrative assistant III for Academic Transitions and Learning Support (ATLS) in the Academic Success Center (ASC) at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She recently relocated to the area from Alabama, where she worked in the medical field for over ten years. With the move to a new location, she was ready for new challenges in a different field. Carly lives in Henderson with her 16-year-old, her chunky cat Milo, and her big brute of a dog, Lucky, who thinks he's a lap dog. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and traveling to explore new places that she can enjoy with her family. Living in a large town with lots of people and traffic has definitely been an adjustment, but she is very happy she has made this move, especially because she is so close to her family. Carly is excited to join the ASC and begin her new career with a terrific team at UNLV.
