Biography

Brooklyn Stepro started with the College of Sciences as the grant administrator in February 2024,
transferring from her prior role with the NSHE ESPCoR office. Brooklyn is currently a Ph.D. student in
UNLV’s Education Policy, Organizational Leadership, and Higher Education program housed in the
College of Education. Her prior education includes a master of public administration degree from the
University of Nevada, Reno (2020). Previously, she attended Kentucky Wesleyan College for her
bachelor of science studying history and political science (2019) with funding support from the Rogers
Foundation.
Brooklyn is a third-generation Clark County-born resident and attended school locally at Green Valley
High School in Henderson, Nevada. She is passionate about efficiently supporting faculty through their

College of Sciences. When not working in sponsor portals and budget spreadsheets, you may find
Brooklyn enjoying a hike or cuddle with her cats.
